박물관·전시관 같은 문화 공간을 다니며 마이사 캐릭터를 만나고 모으는 위치 기반 AR 앱입니다.
주변 문화 공간을 찾고 방문을 인증하는 데 씁니다. 알림 수신에 동의하신 경우에 한해 '항상 허용'을 추가로 요청하는데, 이는 근처 문화 공간 반경 500m에 들어왔을 때만 알림을 띄우기 위한 것입니다. 앱은 이동 경로를 계속 따라다니며 수집하지 않습니다. 알림을 끄면 백그라운드 위치 이용도 함께 멈추고, 설정 > MAISA > 위치에서 '앱을 사용하는 동안'으로 언제든 낮출 수 있습니다.
카메라는 AR 화면과 전시물 인식에 쓰이며, 카메라 영상 자체는 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 사진 권한은 촬영한 AR 사진을 기기 앨범에 저장할 때만 사용합니다. 피드나 메시지에 올린 사진은 직접 선택하신 경우에만 업로드됩니다.
알림은 앱 설정에서 알림이 켜져 있고, iOS 위치 권한이 '항상 허용'일 때만 동작합니다. 같은 장소에 대해서는 1시간에 한 번만 알려드립니다. 설정 > MAISA > 알림 과 위치 를 함께 확인해 주세요.
로그인 화면의 '비밀번호 재설정'을 눌러 가입하신 이메일을 입력하시면 재설정 링크가 발송됩니다. 메일의 링크를 iPhone에서 열면 앱으로 바로 돌아옵니다. 메일이 보이지 않으면 스팸함도 확인해 주세요. Apple 또는 카카오로 가입하신 계정은 비밀번호가 없으므로 해당 방식으로 로그인해 주세요.
업적과 뱃지를 달성하거나, 출석하고 마이사를 모으면서 얻으실 수 있습니다. 모은 코인으로는 상점에서 진화석·강화서 같은 아이템을 구매하실 수 있습니다. 현재 코인을 현금으로 충전하는 기능은 제공하지 않습니다.
피드의 게시물 또는 프로필에서 신고와 차단을 하실 수 있습니다. 차단하면 해당 이용자의 게시물과 메시지가 더 이상 보이지 않습니다. 접수된 신고는 24시간 안에 검토합니다. 긴급한 내용은 이메일로도 알려주세요.
앱 안에서 바로 하실 수 있습니다. 설정 > 회원 탈퇴 를 누르시면 계정과 함께 모은 마이사·기록·프로필이 모두 삭제되며 되돌릴 수 없습니다. 구매 기록은 관계 법령에 따라 개인을 알아볼 수 없는 형태로만 보관됩니다. 앱에 접근할 수 없는 상황이라면 가입하신 이메일 주소로 탈퇴를 요청해 주세요.
수집하는 정보와 이용 목적, 보유 기간은 개인정보처리방침에 정리돼 있습니다. 마이사는 광고 목적의 이용자 추적을 하지 않으며, 수집된 데이터를 제3자 광고 네트워크와 공유하지 않습니다.

MAISA is a location-based AR app for visiting museums and exhibition venues, where you discover and collect MAISA characters. It covers nearby venue discovery and visit verification, AR character capture, a collection catalogue, a social feed, and badges and rewards.
To find nearby venues and verify visits. If — and only if — you opt in to notifications, the app additionally requests "Always" authorization so it can alert you when you come within 500 m of a venue. The app does not continuously track or record your movement path. Turning off notifications also stops background location use, and you can lower the permission to "While Using the App" at any time in Settings > MAISA > Location.
The camera is used for AR rendering and exhibit recognition; the camera feed is never sent to our servers. Photo access is used to save AR photos you capture to your own album. Photos are uploaded only when you explicitly attach them to a post or message.
Point the camera at the exhibit in good lighting so it fills a good part of the screen, confirm camera access is enabled in Settings > MAISA, and move the device slowly from side to side to help spatial tracking. If it still fails, quit the app completely and reopen it.
Notifications require both the in-app notification setting to be on and iOS location permission set to "Always". We notify you at most once per hour for the same venue. Please check Settings > MAISA > Notifications and Location.
Tap "Reset password" on the sign-in screen and enter your registered email; opening the link on your iPhone returns you to the app. Check your spam folder if the email doesn't arrive. Accounts created with Apple or Kakao have no password — please sign in with that method.
Coins come from achievements, badges, daily check-ins and collecting MAISA characters. You can spend them in the shop on items such as evolution stones and enhancement scrolls. Buying coins with real money is not offered at this time.
You can report or block from any post or profile. Blocking hides that user's posts and messages from you. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. For urgent matters, email us as well.
In the app, go to Settings > Delete account. This permanently removes your account along with your collected characters, records and profile, and cannot be undone. Purchase records are retained only in a non-identifiable form as required by law. If you cannot access the app, email us from your registered address.
What we collect, why, and how long we keep it is described in our Privacy Policy. MAISA does not track users for advertising and does not share collected data with third-party ad networks.
